Excellent service and we had a wonderful experience. Koulab and Jenise are absolutely awesome.

Buyer be aware: they may not completely and accurately assess all points in their multi points inspection....they overlooked my battery TWICE. It died shortly after each inspection that gave it a green check mark. They also said that a battery will usually come to them fully charged as it is driven there and it charges along the way. So, apparently there is no way to tell you how your battery is fairing. They also never mentioned how corroded the cables were. 0 confidence in this dealership.

I bought a used vehicle from t&t was told they replaced the tires and were new. Since it is suppose to be a reputable place I didn’t bother to second guess them. The vehicle had a little vibration coming from the front end when I got it checked out I was told the tires are all different depths and that is why it is making noise. It was 2 weeks after I bought the vehicle I contacted the dealership and Got no response even after leaving 3 messages for general sales manager.

Found they were not interested to resolve vehicle service issues, had a problem with a $100 charge that I felt was unjustified however they refused any concession despite the fact they recommended I get $2000 worth of maintenance done so it wont be done there.

I have been using T&T Honda since 2006, from buying new vehicles, to servicing them. Have had a few issues, but nothing that didn't work out well in the end. Overall, friendly & knowledgeable staff! A friend of mine loved my Honda, so she purchased one from Honda West (next to "Snob" Hill) which was close to her, where she encountered nothing but attitude from the full range of staff, and always had issues with the service department. All I could tell her was that she should have gone to T&T

Very happy new car owners

No patronizing in negotiating a fair price. Accessories were ordered quickly and installed well. We requested a few minor touch ups (we are very picky...it is a brand new vehicle) T&T completed everything to OUR satisfaction in one morning. Reaffirmed their commitment to replace any accessory we have a problem with, no excuses. Navroz Jessani was a pleasure to deal with. Manpreet Sall is very knowledgable and had answers to all our questions. No hesitation in recommending T&T Honda.

When I pick up my new vehicle, one accessory did not installed. The delivery staff tolled me that 1 This is totally T and T Honda fault. 2 When part arrives, I can bring my vehicle anytime without appointment. 3 It only takes 30 minutes to install. Few days later, I got call from T and T Honda. Then I bring my vehicle. The delivery staff just passes the part to me. I explained everything and tolled to the staff about need to install. Poor Warranty Service

In my experience Its next to impossible to get any quality warranty work done at T & T Honda. Usually they can't find the problem. If they can, they will come up with some excuse as to why its not covered. I've only had 2 issues in the 3 years I have had my Honda. Both of which should have definitely been covered under warranty. T & T was useless on both issues. One was too minor to be covered, even though Honda Canada has told me it should be covered no matter how minor. The second issue, they told me was fixed, however the problem was not fixed. I don't believe they even did anything. I would never deal with T & T Honda again.
