Bill's Mobile Auto Repair

This was my third and fourth time in having Bill fix my 2000 Cavalier. He came to my house and replaced my fuel pump and then later in the week, I needed to have a brake line replaced and Bill came to my place on Sunday to fix it. Yes, he works seven days a week!

Bill helped me next to the road

I don't know what I would have done without Bill today. I was stuck next to the road, he replaced my alternator. The next day my serpentine belt came off, stuck again next to the road, he came and help me again. I went through the car wash when the belt came off. He told me it is because I went through the car wash. I took my van to another auto mechanic, they told me I needed a new serpentine belt, the belt was too old that is why it came off.

This mechanic told me he can take a motor out of a newer truck if I buy one and put it in an older truck. I bought a newer truck and got them towed then he says he will start working on them when he gets a $1000 deposit and I trusted him and gave him the money. Both were sitting at his place for months and he didn't touch them and got my truck towed back to my house. I'm only 20 and work hard. Still owes me my money. We will take legal action soon, been longer than 2 months since he hasn't paid​

Worst experience

Our experience with this so called mechanic is as follows: Showed up to fix our car and did not have tools, we had to provide them Changed the part and collected money and left The problem is still not fixed Called numerous times for him to come back and was told he would come next day and didn’t show Would not go to workplace to finish the job – I thought he was a mobile mechanic Excuse after excuse for not showing up to finish the job He is untrustworthy, not a mechanic does not tell the truth

Left a message that I needed a jump. Simply didnt bother to return my call.

i wanted to put my car back on the road after it had sat for two years. Battery was dead so I couldn't take it to a garage. I called Bill, he came to my home, changed the battery and then also changed the air filter. oil and transmission fluid, and spark plugs. I was driving again within 24 hours. Bill's fast, friendly, and affordable service really impressed me. I will be calling Bill for any future problems or just for general maintenance. Thank You, Bill!

Finally a mechanic you can trust and rely on

i am pleased with the service bill provided.Are family vehicle f150 lariat spit out a spark plug,we got quotes from a few other mechanics that told us it would cost 500 to a thousand to fix,we found bills add and called on a friday at dinner time, he assured us he could fix the problem and have us back on the road.The very next morning bill came to our house, impressive for most mobile mechanics couldn't even perform this task.a week later truck runs awesome ,our family ha a new mechanic.
