You'd think with 3 bays and a team of techs, that you would have a process to ensure some quality. Well, I would like to share my experience today. After my oil change service this afternoon and about 2 minutes onto Appleby Line, it sounded like something in the engine was loose so I pulled over. The oil light came on and sure enough ... not a drop. I received a "sorry about that" and a free car wash ($6). Is that taking responsibility for the mistake?
Advice - 1. Always check your oil after is has been changed (shame on me) 2. Don't use the Auto Spa as they appear to spend more time looking for the up-sell opportunities and less time on service or quality. After many oil changes there, I won't be back
