Zero stars. Sent very rude emails after I booked with hotels.com telling me to cancel. The hotel also has a 100% no refund policy. Yeah. I had to spend hours on the phone with the booking company to get a refund since this hotel has a no cancellation policy so I couldnt just cancel as they DEMANDED. If I did I would be out the money and the hotel would still get paid in full. Uhmm... All in caps, just like that as if I somehow offended them by renting a room. Incredibly rude.
