Like many others I have gone to several dentists as I had some trauma as a kid and not fan of the dentist. I must say Dr. Ali is amazing and I won’t go anywhere else. Heis patient, gentle, empathetic and has a great sense of humour. Took the time to ensure I was ‘frozen’ slowly and in the least painful way possible. I felt nothing. Most offices I feel like I am rushed in and out but here they really take the time to address everything. I felt as ease from the first appointment and it has been 10 years later since I have been in and nothing has changed. They got me right back on track. the girls treat me good.

Extremely professional, compassionate and explains everything she is doing. For someone who does not look forward to going to the dentist, Dr. Reid makes it an enjoyable experience! Her Assistant Donna is amazing and comforting too!
