Needed new tires to begin with, ended up getting a flat. Brought my car here and got a good deal on 4 new tires and an oil change. Service was excellent and they were very personable and friendly. I work pretty much the same hours as they are open and I was worried about how to drop off/pick up my car without missing too much time at work and they worked out a solution with me that helped me out immensely. Highly recommend!

I have had two instances where I have had to ask for help with flat tires in the past year. Once at Christmas and now just yesterday. A family run business who are always doing the best to fit you in even when they are very busy. Kind, courteous and helpful. I went to Kaltire today regarding a shakiness with my tires. I thought I just needed a torquing. Good thing the Service Manager Trevor checked thoroughly and discovered that the previous tire place (not Kaltire) hadn’t done a good job to the point my tires could have come off. He balanced and brushed off all the debris and tightened them for no charge. What fantastic service!! Every time I go to this location, I always great treated so well. Feel very grateful!

Saturday, Easter Weekend, covid19, Flat tire! Ughh. BCAA swapped in the spare, we took the flat to Kal Tire. Left it with Justin, they patched it, new valve. When we went back they swapped out the spare.
No charge! Have a good weekend Justin said.
This place used to be a Firestone location. What a RIPOFF and Shitshow that place was...so we were nervous, but desperate.

We lived in Squamish for 4 years and had 3 vehicles serviced at Edge Tech. Graham is a national treasure, the hero the world needs but doesn't deserve. He is trustworthy, professional, and as deserving of your business as you are deserving of an honest mechanic.
When we eventually left town I wish we could have taken him with us. 10/10, would get repaired again.

I got a flat tire December 17th evening, took the car in at opening 8am in hopes they could patch it. They got me in and fixed it right away! No charge. Amazing service, great staff. And they left me a flower on the dash. Nice touch! Thank you and I will definitely use Kal Tire again.
