They were able to work on my car when every other shop gave up and suggested that I brought it to the dealership. When everyone else who was willing to work on my car, gave me a crazy expensive quote, Rich’s Garage had my back and got the job done for less than half what everyone was charging! Talking with George, the mechanic, you can tell he takes pride in his work. don’t see myself needing to take my car anywhere else from now on.

I know this place almost 25 years and never had any problem with them. This is family business. I can tell that Ron, Rob and Ryan are the best mechanics in the city. They are nice, experienced and very honest people. I trust them on 100% because they always do their job perfectly well, on time and for the very reasonable price. Also, when I decided to replace my vehicle they gave me very good advice what vehicle to purchase and what to avoid. I recommend everyone to do the business with B and R.

We had an emergency in the middle of the trip. It was the first big snow storm and Greg was so gentle to help us soon. We spent the whole morning there, he changed the main belt, the joints, he fixed our heating (thanks god, we needed so many times!)... Besides being a very good professional, he was kind to offer us coffee for that cold morning. Where in other place we were given a budget of 3000$ to fix the car, he did it for much less and after 7 months, we are not disappointed. Recommended!!!

Capilano Muffler Break and Tire Repair was great! I had a flat tire and they got me in within the hour. They fixed my tire and even filled up my doughnut wheel because they noticed it was low. They were efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them and I will for sure be going back to them in the future.

Hadn't had any work beyond basic for almost 100K and my SUV had rolled over to 200K. Was scared to take my SUV in, as it would be a mechanic's dream and they could recommend $$$. Matthew was great and honest and gave me a full breakdown. Got out of there for minimum $ but with recommendations and time frames for later. He seems to have clients that he cares for over time than one time customer fixes. Can't say it for most but I fully trust and recommend Matt. Sent family there the next week.

It was very icy I have a cane, I said please park it where there is as little ice as possible so I can get in they had it parked by the entrance door and salted all the way to the drivers side. Great customer service and great prices (parts + labor was quoted way less than the dealer)! Had to get some sensors replaced for my 2002 Honda Accord. The mechanic was fast! I waited no longer than 20 minutes for the new sensor to get installed. I also requested to get a power steering flush but the mechanic was honest enough to tell me that i didn't need one. The mechanic took the time and walked me through, in detail, what i do or didn't need to get replaced. I'll definitely be coming back in
