I got the lucky hand of getting Esper as my sales person, he was understanding of what i wanted. Esper Didn’t try to up sell me on different new cars and didn’t pressure me into signing onto a car. Several months ago I had to get a mirror replaced on my old Toyota. They took me right in, got me to my work, and had the mirror installed by end of day. Great job. I had to get some scratches and dents removed on my brand new Mazda last month. They did an excellent job. I had another little incident in the same spot and they fixed it for free! Chandra. Is. Amazing. Period. My uncle and dad introduced me to his business. I have been going for oil changes and have had various problems looked at over the last 3 years or so, including brakes and check engine lights. He has also inspected a vehicle I was selling and barely charged. He NEVER overcharges and he is always fast and reliable he won’t fix things that don’t need fixing but he does extras without piling on cost. An honest honourable reliable place to take your car!!

I find that they are very easy to work with, as others have said: nice guys. I have had 3 wheel alignments done on 3 different vehicles. The work is fast and reasonably priced. Will be going back even though it is on the other side of the city from me. As for the one bad review where the ABS sensor was broken - it happens all the time during brake/hub repair no matter how careful you are - I know, I have done it and unfortunately ABS sensors are expensive.
