These are the most honest and caring people. They go out of their way to make their clients feel comfortable. I know from experience that they have even gone so far as to transport drivers/families to Grande Prairie or Edmonton at no charge to get them home while their vehicle was disabled.

I kept changing things as the project went on and Larry and the gang just took care of it the way I wanted. I have utilized this firm for my tire needs since 2007 for both my business vehicle and personal vehicle(s). Service has been prompt and efficient. In other words "top notch". During busy times (tire changeover) the place is a zoo but if you schedule a day or two in advance you have no problems. You are always smart to get an appointment ahead of time rather than simply taking it in when it is convenient (to you) Use some common sense and understand that a lot of people work downtown.

After getting some very expensive quotes from the dealerships I decided to look for a reputable Honda repair shop that might have more reasonable pricing. I read lots of reviews and decided on Wilson's Auto Tech. Twice Wilson was able to fix my older Honda for significantly less. We were thrilled. He is very honest, not over selling, very efficient and customer service oriented business.

Excellent work for a great rate .
Needs an answering machine as it hard to get prices on tires because l can't wait on the phone, after 15 minutes l hang up and I still haven't gotten pricing on new travel trailer tires and I have tried at least 4 times .
If there was an answering machine I could leave my number for them to call me at their convenience.

We had an emergency in the middle of the trip. It was the first big snow storm and Greg was so gentle to help us soon. We spent the whole morning there, he changed the main belt, the joints, he fixed our heating (thanks god, we needed so many times!)... Besides being a very good professional, he was kind to offer us coffee for that cold morning. Where in other place we were given a budget of 3000$ to fix the car, he did it for much less and after 7 months, we are not disappointed. Recommended!!!

Excellent Service. Awesome Prices. I took my van for an oil change and I asked if he could try to get my spare tire to drop down (it is under the van in the middle). I have had another shop try to get the tire down with no success, Dale was able to take the bracket apart and get my spare tire off for me. Now if I need to use it can. :)

I would highly recommend Best Choice automotive. David, Josh and the entire team are excellent. Especially Josh who greets me by my name, that is truly personalized customer service! I use to go to Gateway Toyota, I felt like I was being taken advantage of. They recommended that I needed to replace my winter tires because of the tread but in the end, I found out it wasn't necessary. My experience at best choice has been amazing and I trust their professional recommendations.
